The course will contain ten modules and a dissertation and internship project at

Research (Dissertation and Internship) |
Dissertation is an essential requirement for the partial fulfilment of the program.
It would be done as a live project done at a Hospital. Every student will have to
get himself associated with a hospital and search for a research problem. Based
on the research problem, he will have to generate and design a project for himself.
A tutorial on Project Management and Research Methodology will be given to him to
help him design and do a project. He will have to look for real time problems that
may occur in hospitals and will have to use his knowledge on various areas of Hospital
Management to generate a solution to them. All expenses related to hospital training
will have to borne by the students.
The student will be required to complete a Real Time Dissertation Project and Internship
as part of the program. The dissertation will be approved by a guide in the selected
hospital and a mentor at the Institute. The submission of the dissertation will
be done online at the completion of the term.

On-Campus Dissertation Project |
|
In case a student wants to do his dissertation Project at IIHMR, Jaipur he will
be allowed to do so. He will be assisted in finding a local hospital from where
he can collect data in order to complete his research. He will be guided and mentored
by a project guide in the institute on a real time basis. He will be given a certificate
for doing an on-campus project. All the expenses of board, lodging and hospital
training will have to be borne by the student. |

Division of the Program - in terms of credit hours. |
|
The Course will be of 540 credit hours. The total duration of the course will be
11 months. Out of which, nine and a half months would be module duration. 15 days
would be as contact hours and one month would be for evaluation and announcement
of result |

Duration of the Program |
|
The duration of the program is eleven months. It includes ten courses, one
for each month and a Dissertation Project for one month |
