The Institute has a multi-disciplinary faculty which is primarily involved in teaching
PGDHM courses and also engaged in research, training and consultation activities.
The faculty strives to create an exciting learning environment that pushes our PGDHM
students to tackle complex issues and develop creative solutions to critical problems.
The faculty also plays a vital role in keeping our programme internationally focused
through exchanges with business schools in other countries. Many faculty members
conduct research and participate in international programmes in Asia. By taking
part in these programmes our faculty members are better equipped to provide a global
view of business and a cultural appreciation for a world without boundaries.
The faculty members are also involved in student activities through various committees
like PGDHM Committee, Seminar Committee, Conference Committee and Campus Welfare
Committee. The students are also members of the different committees. In the last
two years, eleven members joined the Institute on faculty positions and seven faculty
members left the Institute.
